    Why You'll Love This Recipe

This refreshing Peach Sorbet is going to be your new favorite recipe to enjoy on hot days! It only takes a few minutes to make, and you only need three simple ingredients.

Traditional sorbet recipes combine water and white sugar to make a simple syrup. Not only does this require more time, but it also uses refined sugar.

This fresh Peach Sorbet recipe is naturally sweetened with honey which makes it a healthy and delicious option! It's a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without a ton of added sugar.

    🍴Ingredient Notes

Ingredients measured out in small bowls for peach sorbet.
    • Frozen Peaches - You can purchase frozen peaches or cut and freeze them yourself! The riper the peaches, the sweeter the sorbet will be.
    • Filtered Water - In order for the frozen peaches to blend, you will need a liquid. You can use filtered water or coconut water.
    • Honey - I used raw honey to sweeten this sorbet, but you could also use maple syrup!

    🍴Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Add Ingredients into the Food Processor

Add frozen peaches, water, and honey into a food processor. Pulse a few times to break up peaches.

    Step 2: Blend Until Smooth

Once the sorbet is chunky, let it run until you have a smooth and creamy sorbet. Scrape down the edges when needed. (You might need a little extra water too!)

    Step 3: Serving

Fill four small cups with the Peach Sorbet using an ice cream scooper. Freeze until you're ready to serve!

    Expert Tips

    • For easy blending, let the frozen peaches sit out on the kitchen counter for 5-10 minutes to defrost a bit.
    • Add more water if you're having trouble blending the frozen peaches.
    • Don't forget to scrape down the edges with a spatula while the sorbet is blending.
    • For best results, cut and freeze juicy fresh peaches to use in this recipe. I would recommend leaving the peel on to save time! (The peel also contains fiber.)
    • If you don't have a food processor, you can also use a heavy duty blender like a Vitamix. Both will achieve the right consistency.

You can find fresh peaches at your local grocery store most months of the year, but the best time of the year for picking is in the summer.
