Bacon Wrapped Avocados are an easy low carb appetizer that is made right in the air fryer! The bacon is super crispy, and the warm avocado will melt in your mouth. Serve this dish year-round at game day parties, picnics, or barbeques!
Start by cutting the avocados in half. Carefully peel off the skin and cut each half into 3-4 wedges. Try to make equally-sized wedges so they cook evenly.
Next, remove the bacon from the package and cut the bacon slices in half the short way.
Tightly wrap each avocado wedge with bacon and secure with one or two toothpicks.
Place in your air fryer basket or on a parchment paper lined baking tray. The size of the air fryer basket will vary so you might have to cook them in two batches. Air fry at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes. Flip halfway so they get crispy on both sides!
