  • ¾ Cup Ripe Avocado
  • ¾ Cup Coconut Sugar
  • ½ Cup Cacao Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt

  • Start by adding all ingredients into a food processor.
  • Blend for about 2 minutes, scraping down the edges as needed. It should be a smooth and shiny texture.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you're ready to use.

  • Blend the frosting in a food processor or high-speed blender. You could also try a hand mixer, but it might not come out as smooth.
  • Before you add to a piping bag, refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the frosting to firm up.
  • When measuring the avocado, use a knife to cut the avocado flesh into small cubes. Add the cubes into the measuring cup for the most accurate results.
