Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Whole Ginger Root

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding one piece of ginger root at a time into the juicer. Press down until juice comes out into the cup. Repeat until all ginger is juiced.
  • Next, carefully pour the ginger juice into an ice cube tray or silicone molds.
  • Place the ginger juice in the freezer until the juice is frozen solid. Pop each ginger ice cube out into a freezer safe container with an airtight lid and store in the freezer for later.
