2ScoopsVanilla Collagen PowderI used Primal Kitchen Vanilla Collagen. Any vanilla collagen will work!
Instructions
To make the orange puree, add 1-2 peeled oranges into a blender. Blend on high for about 60 seconds or until smooth.
Add ½ cup of orange puree, ½ cup of coconut yogurt, and 2 scoops of collagen into a blender. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Put popsicle sticks into each popsicle mold, and then pour the orange mixture into silicone ice cream molds. Place the molds in the freezer to set for about 4-6 hours.
Remove the molds from the freezer and pop out the popsicles. Store the popsicles in a freezer safe container until you're ready to eat.

Expert Tips
Use silicone popsicle molds for easy removal!
Place sticks into the molds before pouring in the orange ice cream mixture. (Unless you use verticle popsicle molds with a lid.)
Save the leftover sweetened condensed milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you're ready to make more popsicles!
Make sure thepopsicles are frozen solid before removing from molds.
Pour leftover orange puree into ice cube molds to save for smoothies!
